    1. Yes I thought so too. For me everything has had to start with me loving myself. I didn’t used to but once I decided I wanted to live happier and healthier I realized it all had to start with self-love. Thank you for stopping by :)

  1. Really enjoyed this. So many great thinkers talk about the necessity to see ourselves enlightened or capable of enlightenment (Buddha talked about the inherent Buddhahood in all of us; Christ says something similar in Luke 17:21). But achieving such lofty goals is difficult if we don’t see don’t see love in ourselves and ourselves as worthy of love!

    1. Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed it. I agree that in order to even see the possibility of enlightenment you must start with the way you think about and treat yourself! In the past I have had a hard time with the concept of loving myself, but I am making small changes here and there and I have already noticed a BIG difference in the way I see and interact with the world.
