  1. It’s so easy to get caught up in our own little world. The thought of checking up on someone doesn’t seem practical. It’s become our nature to question one’s motives. But I think if we put those feelings aside, we might welcome someone checking in on us.

  2. Oh Lisa, I’m sorry for the loss of your friend. I think we have a false illusion of closeness with social media. Thanks for the reminder that the human, in person, connection is still the most important one we can make.
