  1. It’s tough to have a Thing that no one else really gets. Maybe you could find an online support group or forum, and find people who’ve struggled with the same anxiety and swap coping ideas?

    I don’t have anxiety about the same things, but what’s helped me sometimes are these lavender pills that I got at Whole Foods called Calm Aid. Or just lavender oil might help as well. It’s the kind of thing you break out when you just need something to help calm your body down and that helps your mind stop racing enough to better keep up with it.
