    1. Thank you so much! It’s nice to hear I’m not alone in dealing with this damned disease. As much as it sucks, I will say that I feel like I’m one of the lucky ones. I hope you’re on your way to remission, if you aren’t there already and if you ever need to talk, ask questions, or just scream, I’m here. I get it!

  1. “You have to make peace with your body the way it is now.” Great words! I have just started sharing my story too. Thought if it can help or support just 1 person then that’ll be a success! I’ve kept up a good diet and exercise but have only recently appreciated the power of mindfulness and all that goes with it – acceptance etc. are so powerful!
